Shop Rules
Respect and inclusivity: Treat all artists, staff, and fellow clients with respect, regardless of their gender, race, sexual orientation, or background. Maintain an inclusive and welcoming environment.
Appointment-based system: Respect the appointment-based system in place and arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Parking, building entry, and paperwork must be completed before your appointment, allow 15 minutes of extra time when you arrive.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, 1 week of notice is required; Failure to comply will forfeit your deposit and another will be required to reschedule.
Cleanliness and hygiene: Maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene before arriving at the studio. Follow any specific instructions provided by the studio for preparation before your appointment.
Legal age requirement: Understand and comply with legal age restrictions for tattoos and piercings. Provide valid identification when requested and be prepared to demonstrate proof of age.
Consent and communication: Clearly communicate your ideas, preferences, and any concerns or questions you may have to the artist. Provide informed consent before any procedure begins, and ask for clarification if needed.
Follow aftercare instructions: Adhere to the aftercare instructions provided by the artist or studio. Properly care for your tattoo or piercing to ensure the best healing process and minimize the risk of complications.
Confidentiality and privacy: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other clients and artists in the studio. Refrain from discussing or sharing personal information without consent.
Payment and tipping: Pay for your services promptly, deposits are required before all paid appointments, payment for services are required directly upon completion. Tipping is customary, showing your artist a gesture of appreciation for their artwork.
No discrimination or harassment: Treat everyone in the studio with respect and avoid any form of discrimination, harassment, or offensive behavior. Sexual harassment of any kind will result in immediate termination of your appointment and full payment for your appointment will be required. Report any incidents or concerns to the studio management promptly.
Feedback and reviews: Provide constructive feedback about your experience if requested by the studio. Share honest and fair reviews about the studio and artist's work to help others make informed decisions.
