Booking your Tattoo
Booking your tattoo at Ink Bunny Tattoo is a fast and easy process, with helpful reminders along the way. Follow these short, easy steps to book your next piece of body art with Raven.
1: Gather References
Compile a folder of tattoo ideas on your phone and email it to inkbunnytattoo@gmail.com with the following subject heading: (Your Name) Reference Pics.
Finding good reference photos to convey the style, placement, imagery, and designs, you’re interested in representing in your tattoo. This can include handwriting from a loved one, colors you’d like to include, tattoos you’ve been inspired by, artwork that inspires you. Anything you feel is relevant should be helpful in the creative process.
2: Book your Consultation
Once you’ve gotten an idea and sent your references to Raven’s email, click “Book with Me” at the top of the page. Select, Tattoos, and Consultation. Find a good time for your appointment that you’ll have 30 minutes and a stable internet connection. All initial consultations are conducted over Zoom, if you require an in person consultation please advise before booking.
Consultations are free, we simply discuss your ideas in depth and formulate a plan for your design.
3: Book your Tattoo
After your consultation, you will receive a quote based on an estimate of the amount of time your tattoo may take. Sessions typically last anywhere from 1-8 hours depending on the complexity of your design. Some tattoos may take multiple sessions to complete, this will be discussed during your consultation.
A scheduling link will be sent to your email along with your quote after your initial consultation. Use this link to set up the perfect time for your tattoo and pay your deposit online. Raven’s tattoo deposit is $100, this holds your place in Raven’s schedule and starts the creative process, designing your tattoo! Please note that only CASH will be accepted at Ink Bunny Tattoo, deposits and pre-orders are the only payments taken by card.
Once you schedule, my cancellation policy is strict, I allow one reschedule up to a week prior to your appointment date. If you need to cancel or reschedule past this window, your deposit will be forfeit and another will be required to schedule your next appointment. If you do not show up or are 20+ minutes late, your deposit will be forfeit and your appointment will be cancelled, a larger deposit may be required if you reschedule.
4: Get your Tattoo!
Reminders will be sent to your email automatically after booking, it is imperative that you arrive at Ink Bunny Tattoo 10 minutes before your appointment time to allow for parking, entry into the building, and paperwork. Please check the Shop Rules post in the More Information tab before arriving to ensure a smooth appointment.
